YoungMinds provides a telephone helpline service to parents and carers in the UK who have a concern about their child's emotional problems or behaviour.

If you're a worried parent, call us at the YoungMinds Parents Helpline on 0808 802 5544. Our opening hours are 9.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Calls from landlines and mobiles are free, or email parents@youngminds.org.uk.
